HE-VA introduces ISOBUS for machines

Now you can get ISOBUS for HE-VA machines

HE-VA is now introducing ISOBUS for all new machines with fit-on fine seed equipment, which makes it easier to serve all instruments from one screen in the tractor.

The interest for ISOBUS is rising and HE-VA therefore has entered into a cooperation with a British developer of software for the machines of their assortment in order to comply with the demand.

“Right now we are experiencing a remarkable increase in the demand for ISOBUS and in order to comply with the demands of the customers, we have now entered into a cooperation with our sub-supplier RDS Technology in England about the development of software in order to be in conformity with the rules of ISO 11783. In this way, it will be easier for the consumer to serve the many functions, such as working width, seed amount etc. from one screen only,” says Peter Primdahl, Engineer at HE-VA ApS.

With ISOBUS it will a.o.t. be possible to handle up to 4 Multi-Seeders on one screen, upon which it will be possible to control the seeding amount in kgs/hectar, working width, speed and the area seeded as well as control the amount of snail poison and fertilization.

At first, ISOBUS is introduced to the HE-VA assortment within fine seed equipment and some soilers, weeders and grass rollers mounted with Multi-Seeder, but in the long term and as the demand is increasing, the concept will be broadened to other machines in the assortment.

The advantages of ISOBUS are plenty

• You no longer need a separate terminal for every equipment, because you can use one terminal for several machines/instruments. This means that you can connect the instrument using a “plug and play” for an ISOBUS compatible tractor.
• The servicing of the instrument and tractor can be standardized and you achieve a more simple connection between tractor and instrument.
• You achieve a better view from the tractor cabin

ISOBUS is especially suitable for farmers who are seeding, fertilizing and spraying pesticides at the same time and for those who wish for a high level of information and good overview.
