Front-Board

Efficient soil cultivation before sowing

The Front-Board is primarily used in combination with seeders operating at high speeds. The Front-Board is particularly well suited for this application, as it is lighter than traditional front implements, allowing the high working speed to be maintained.

With its two rows of Spring Board tines, the Front-Board effectively cultivates the soil ahead of the seeder, while the two large free-running depth wheels control the working depth. The wheels are positioned behind the machine, ensuring smooth operation, as they run on freshly cultivated and levelled soil.

Front-Board is available with various optional equipment, including:

  • Transverse locking system, which can help improve the levelling effect
  • Slicing plates, making it easier to break the soil surface and crush hard soil clods
  • Easy-Change system, allowing quick and simple replacement of wear points
