Multi-Seeder
Seed equipment for precision seeding
Ensures precise application of all seed types and fertiliser
HE-VA Multi-Seeder is a pneumatic fine-seeder that can quickly and easily be mounted on most agricultural machines such as rollers, seed drills, stubble equipment, subsoilers and weeders.
The Multi-Seeder is ideal for many different seed types such as rape, barley, wheat, mustard, clover, grass seed, as well as for spreading fertiliser and slug pellets.
Here, the Multi-Seeder is mounted on a Weeder, allowing sowing simultaneously with the distribution of stubble residues.
Speed measurement and dosage
Automatic seed rate adjustment
A Multi-Seeder fitted with an AC-Controller measures speed via GPS and automatically adjusts the seed dosage rate.
The seed rate is set via the Auto-Controller computer and can be altered during operation in selectable increments. It also features monitoring and alarm functions for the fan and hopper contents, as well as a pre-start function, for example when beginning sowing in field corners.
Constant seed rate
A Multi-Seeder with electrically driven dosage provides a constant seed rate at all times, independent of forward speed. The rate is adjusted from the tractor cab and is particularly suitable for sowing grass seed.
Multi-Seeder FZ
Fertiliser spreading
The Multi-Seeder FZ has been specifically developed for fertiliser application. It is equipped with a stainless-steel base to minimise the effects of moisture from the fertiliser. A grid in the bottom prevents fertiliser lumps from obstructing the outlet, ensuring consistently high field efficiency.
Multi-Seeder Twin
Independent seed rate adjustment
The Multi-Seeder Twin features a twin-compartment hopper and two dosage units, making it possible to adjust the seed rate independently for each compartment.
This makes the Multi-Seeder ideal for rape seeding where slug pellets also need to be applied.
Precise seeding of most seed types
The Multi-Seeder is supplied as standard with two dosage rollers.
One roller is particularly suitable for grass mixtures and enables sowing rates from approx. 26–200 kg/ha.
The second roller is suitable for clover and other small seeds or for low application rates, enabling sowing rates from approx. 1.5–12 kg/ha.
Accurate dosage is ensured by a wide range of optional dosage rollers available according to seed type, seed rate, working width, number of spreading plates, and operating speed. In addition to the two standard dosage rollers, four additional rollers are available, each designed for specific seed types.
