Spring-Board
The Spring-Board levels the soil surface and crushes soil clods very efficiently using heavy-duty spring tines. The working depth of the Spring-Board — and thereby the amount of soil to be levelled — is adjusted hydraulically by changing the angle of the Spring-Board, allowing the levelling effect to be adjusted while driving in the field. This enables the levelling performance of the Spring-Board to be adapted to loose/light as well as heavy/hard soil types.
Each wear point on the Spring-Board measures 10 × 80 mm and provides wide surface coverage with 150 mm wide reinforced points at the base. The working depth of the wear points can be adjusted hydraulically for more or less aggressive soil cultivation.
INCREASE THE LEVELLING EFFECT WITH A LOCKING SYSTEM
The Spring-Board points can easily work individually, but the levelling effect can be increased by locking the individual Spring-Board tines together. This converts the points into one large levelling board.
Slicing plates
Instead of standard wear points, the Spring-Board can also be equipped with slicing plates, which effectively penetrate the surface and level soil clods in hard soil types. Like the standard wear points, these points can also be adjusted hydraulically for more or less aggressive cultivation.
Longfinger Tines
The longfinger tines are suitable for light loosening of the soil surface, levelling wheel marks and molehills. They are also particularly effective for distributing crop residues after harrowing, as well as for loosening and distributing dead grass when rolling grass fields during the spring season.
Easy-change
The Easy-Change system makes it quick and easy to replace the points on the Spring-Board. The Easy-Change set consists of a set of flat wear points and a set of wear plates with three points.
Kantudstyr
Edge equipment can be mounted on the outside of the Spring-Board to prevent ridges between passes.
